FANTASTIC stay!

excellent location door codes

The hotel location IS excellent. It is close to many key attractions. The check-in process was seamless, and I immediately received the door codes upon arrival. I experienced NO delays or complications with check-in or check-out.

The room looked darker than expected due to the tinted windows, it made judging the weather quite tricky. I noticed a constant humming noise. It was reportedly from the air conditioning units of a neighboring building.

small room sewer odor

my 'superior double room' was more 'inferior single closet'. honestly, i've seen larger airplane bathrooms. the shower lacked a proper door so every shower became a mini flood. plus, the faint, yet persistent sewer odor wafting from the bathroom was less than charming.

great location clean accommodation innovative accommodation secure place

The location is really great near the Serdika metro. Everything needed is right at the doorstep. The accommodation is modern and clean and innovative. The place is very comfortable and very SECURE. i had easy access to all areas of the city.

The room was a little too warm. There was no way to adjust temperature myself. This caused a slight discomfort at night.

The hotel provides free drinks. There is always someone available to open the door for you. Luxury is amazing and very visible throughout the building. i noticed a high level of detail.

complicated access code dirty mugs

the location proved quite central, enabling convenient access to many key points of interest.

upon arrival, i found the instructions for accessing the main door confusing. similarly, the room door presented difficulties. the hallway was dimly lit, the access code lengthy and complicated, and i struggled to operate the lock in such poor visibility. the stairs leading to the elevator were uncomfortable. the mugs were also dirty.

The room was clean and large. I also appreciated the helpful reception staff . The hotel's central location made seeing sights easy. It was a short walk to major attractions.

The electronic locks are somewhat small and not handy to use.
